LIONS SKI CLUB was formed in 1976 by a group of parents wanting to encourage their children to ski, and from there we have grown to be a club which caters for all ages and standards of skiers through Yorkshire.
S K I R A C I N G
Whilst the Lions Ski Club is not primarily a racing club, you may find that you will want to measure your skills by racing against others. This starts with racing for fun at club level, to national and international level, both on dry slopes and snow.
Quality race training is available to those showing potential.
Several Lions members have had success at National and International levels in the England and British Teams, one representing Great Britain at the Olympics.

No matter whether you are a complete beginner, an intermediate, or an advanced skier, you can have fun improving your skills with training by our qualified instructors. Also British Alpine Ski Awards will enable you to measure your improvement. You could even train to be an instructor.

"LION CUBS"
Sessions are held every week to cater for the needs of the young skiers.
